Sorgenti Progetti

Molti progetti Boinc/Citizen Science hanno rilasciato i propri sorgenti dell’applicativo in uso e, spesso, sono aiutati dai volontari nello sviluppo/ottimizzazione del codice stesso. Molti altri progetti, invece, non pubblicano i propri sorgenti per i più disparati motivi: sono legati a licenze SW, pensano che il motto “security by oscurity” valga ancora, ecc, ecc. Spesso non è stato facile trovare, partendo dalla home page, i link ai sorgenti. In questa sezione sono elencati i principali progetti e linkati i rispettivi siti dei codici.

Many Boinc/Citizen Science projects have released their own sources of the application and, often, they are helped by volunteers in the development / optimization of the code itself. Many others, however, do not publish their own sources for different reasons: they are related to SW licenses, they think that "security by oscurity" still applies, etc., etc. Often it was not easy to find, starting from home page, links to the sources. This section lists the major projects and linked their sites code.
