sabayonino Stiamo valutando la migrazione a breve termine. ma ci sono delle difficoltà che ci stanno rallentando . ennesimo problemone, mi spiego...

avendo scoperto che il mio procio viaggia a 64-bit, stavolta ho reinstallato ubuntu adeguato. configurate varie applicazioni sono arrivato a boinc. avviando finalmente boinc client e inserito i miei dati dell'account manager bam, dopo 5 minuti si è chiuso da solo (me ne sono accorto già dal manager) e riaprendolo dal terminale mi spunta:

Scusa, classica battuta di sfottimento tra fazioni, non prendertela e non volevo scatenare nulla... ;)

Cmq non sono espertissimo di linux, ma non è che hai i classici problemi con i permessi? Sembra che abbia problemi sulla comunicazione con i progetti e che scarichi pacchetti sbagliati o corrotti...

Ma ci sarà sicuramente qualcuno più esperto in boinc+linux che potrà aiutarti, io quando usavo ubuntu64 non ho mai avuto problemi del genere...

Più che firewall sembra che tu abbia dei problemi con i permessi di alcune cartelle, però non riesco a capire bene cosa sia. :(
